6. FAQ: 
(1). Are you a trading company or factory? 
We are direct factory with 8 experienced engineers and more than 100 employees as well approximate 2, 000 square meters workshop area. 
(2). How about the delivery time? 
The delivery time will be according to the part quantity, usually the sample will need 7-10 days, and part production will need 25-30 days. 
(3). What should we do if we receive defective product? 
If you have received any unqualified part, please show us the pictures, our engineers and QC department will follow up and repair or redo within 10~15 days according to the rejected quantities. 
(4). How to get a quote from us? 
Send the parts drawings with 2D&3D(igs, step, pdf, dwg)which are all fine 
Please notify the materials and quantity, as well as the surface treatment. 
(5). How to make payment? 
For small amount, we accept Western Union and Paypal, Paypal commission will be added to the order. For big amount, T/T is preferred 
(6). What shall we do if we do not have drawings? 
Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. 
Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions(Length, Hight, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order. 
(7). Can we get some samples before mass production? 
Absolutely but you just need to pay the sample cost. 
(8). Will my drawings be safe after sending to you? 
Yes, we will keep them well and not release to third party without your permission.
